Your details, your data and closing your account

Billing details

Go to Settings to change the name, company, address, country and VAT number on your invoices. Changes apply to future invoices.

Email address

To change the email address you sign in with, contact us from your current address.

Your data

• You can see your codes, destinations and statistics in your dashboard at any time.
• While your plan is active, you can export your scans as CSV.
• For a copy of everything we hold about you, contact us. We'll reply within a month.

We don't store the IP addresses of people who scan your codes. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Close your account

Contact us and we'll delete your account, codes and statistics. Printed codes stop working when they're deleted. We keep invoices for 6 years, because the law requires it.

If you have a subscription, cancel it first in Plan & billing.
