Scan statistics
Export your scans as a spreadsheet
- One code: open its ⋯ menu and select Download scans (CSV).
- All your codes: select All scans (CSV) at the top of Your codes.
The file has one row per scan, from the last 24 months, with these columns:

| Time | When the scan happened (UK time) |
| Code ID, Short code | Which code was scanned |
| Device, OS | Phone, tablet or computer, and its system |
| Referrer | The website the link was opened from, if any (just the domain name) |
| Visitor | An anonymous reference that changes every day, so you can see repeat scans on the same day |
| Unique | 1 for the first scan by that visitor that day |
| Bot | 1 for bots and link previews (not counted in your stats) |
| Destination | Where the scan was sent |
Bot rows are included, so you can filter them out or keep them.
Exports need an active plan. Older scans are kept as daily totals, which still show in your charts.
