When your plan ends

When a pack, trial or custom plan ends, or a subscription is cancelled or can't be collected, all your codes stop straight away.

What people see

Anyone who scans sees a page saying This QR code isn't active right now, with a link for the owner to sign in and renew. These scans aren't counted, but we do count how many were missed, and show the number in your dashboard.

Bring the same codes back

Buy any plan in Plan & billing. Your codes start working again straight away: the same printed codes, with nothing to reprint.

While your plan has ended you can still sign in, see your codes and their stats, and edit, pause or delete them.

Reminder emails

For packs and custom plans, we email you:

• a week before your plan ends;
• the day before;
• when it has ended.

For the free trial, we email you 12 hours before it ends, and when it has ended. Subscriptions don't get these reminders, because they renew on their own.

How long we keep your codes

We keep your account, codes and statistics for 12 months after your plan ends, so you can come back to them. After that they're deleted, and printed codes can't be brought back.

Free trial accounts that never buy a plan are deleted 90 days after the trial ends. All the details are in our privacy policy.
