Manage your subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year until you cancel.

Change your card or download receipts

In Plan & billing, select Change card or download receipts. This opens Stripe's secure billing page, where you can update your card and see your payments.

Cancel

1. In Plan & billing, select Cancel subscription.
2. Confirm.

Your codes keep working until the end of the period you've paid for, then stop. You won't be charged again. To come back later, buy a pack or subscribe again: the same codes start working again, with nothing to reprint.

We don't refund part periods. See the terms.

If a payment fails

Stripe tries again over the following days. In the meantime:

• your dashboard shows Payment due, with an Update card button;
• your codes keep working for 7 days.

If the payment still hasn't gone through after 7 days, your codes stop until it does.
