Your account

# Your details, your data and closing your account

## Billing details

Go to **Settings** to change the name, company, address, country and VAT number on your invoices. Changes apply to future invoices.

## Email address

To change the email address you sign in with, [contact us](https://qr4events.co.uk/contact) from your current address.

## Your data

- You can see your codes, destinations and statistics in your dashboard at any time.
- While your plan is active, you can [export your scans](https://qr4events.co.uk/help/export-scans) as CSV.
- For a copy of everything we hold about you, [contact us](https://qr4events.co.uk/contact). We'll reply within a month.

We don't store the IP addresses of people who scan your codes. Our [privacy policy](https://qr4events.co.uk/privacy) explains what we keep and for how long.

## Close your account

[Contact us](https://qr4events.co.uk/contact) and we'll delete your account, codes and statistics. Printed codes stop working when they're deleted. We keep invoices for 6 years, because the law requires it.

If you have a subscription, cancel it first in **Plan & billing**.
