# Share live stats with a client or sponsor

A shared stats link lets anyone you send it to see an event's scans, without signing in. It's useful for sponsors who want to know how their board did, or for a client's end-of-event report.

## Create a link

1. Go to **Events** and find the event. Its codes must have an event name: codes under **No event** can't be shared.
2. Select **Share stats**.
3. Copy the link shown under **Shared stats link** and send it.

## What people see

The page shows **Live scan statistics** for the event:

- scans and unique visitors, for 7, 30 or 90 days or 12 months
- a daily chart
- devices and phone systems
- a table of the event's codes

It doesn't show where your codes go, your notes, or anything about the people who scanned.

## Stop sharing

Select **Stop sharing**. The link stops working straight away. If you share again later, you get a new link.

 Note

Shared links also stop working if your plan ends or no longer includes sharing.
