# Schedule destinations for event day

Included in the Event, Pro and Agency plans. [Compare plans](https://qr4events.co.uk/pricing)

A scheduled change switches where a code goes at a date and time you set, so the same badge or sign does a different job through the event.

## Add a scheduled change

1. Edit the code, and find **Scheduled changes**.
2. Select **Add a change**.
3. Set **From**, the date and time the change starts. Times are UK time (Europe/London).
4. Add a **Label** if you like, such as "Doors open". Only you see it.
5. Enter the web address under **Go to**.
6. Add more changes the same way (up to 20), then select **Save**.

Under the list, the builder tells you what happens, for example *"Right now scans go to … ; from 14 May 08:00 to …"*.

## How the timing works

- Until the first change starts, scans go to the main **Web address**.
- At each change, scans switch to that change's address, and **stay there** until the next change starts. A change has no end time.
- To go back to an earlier page, add another change pointing at it.

### Example: a two-day expo

| From | Label | Go to |
|---|---|---|
| (main web address) | | Programme and tickets |
| 14 May, 08:00 | Doors open | Floor plan and stage times |
| 14 May, 14:00 | Keynote | Live stream |
| 15 May, 18:00 | After the show | Feedback survey |

To remove a change, select the **×** next to it, then **Save**.

 Note

Scheduled changes come with the Event, Pro and Agency plans (and the free trial). If your plan doesn't include them, existing changes keep working, but you can't edit them.
