# Manage your subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year until you cancel.

## Change your card or download receipts

In **Plan & billing**, select **Change card or download receipts**. This opens Stripe's secure billing page, where you can update your card and see your payments.

## Cancel

1. In **Plan & billing**, select **Cancel subscription**.
2. Confirm.

Your codes keep working until the end of the period you've paid for, then stop. You won't be charged again. To come back later, buy a pack or subscribe again: the same codes start working again, with nothing to reprint.

## If a payment fails

Stripe tries again over the following days. In the meantime:

- your dashboard shows **Payment due**, with an **Update card** button;
- your codes keep working for **7 days**.

If the payment still hasn't gone through after 7 days, your codes stop until it does.
