# Group codes by event

Give codes the same **Event** name and they're grouped together under **Events** in your dashboard.

## Add a code to an event

Edit the code and type the event name in the **Event** field, such as "Spring Expo 2027". The field suggests events you've already used, so the names stay the same.

## What the Events view shows

Each event shows the last 30 days:

- scans, unique visitors, scans today and active codes for the whole event
- a daily chart
- **Codes in this event**: each code with its short link, scans in the last 30 days and all-time scans

The busiest events come first. Codes without an event are listed under **No event**.

From an event you can also:

- download the event's artwork as one ZIP of SVG files, with **Artwork (ZIP)** (the Pro and Agency plans);
- [share its stats](https://qr4events.co.uk/help/share-stats) with a client or sponsor (the Pro and Agency plans).

 Tip

Use one event per show, and give each code a clear name, such as "Badge", "Stand B12 sponsor board" or "Programme cover". The Codes in this event table then shows which placement worked best.
