# Choose a plan: event packs or subscriptions

There are two ways to pay:

- **Event packs**: pay once for 1, 3 or 12 months. Packs **never renew**, so you're never charged again unless you choose to extend.
- **Subscriptions**: pay monthly or yearly, and your codes keep working for as long as you're subscribed. Cancel any time.

## Buy a plan

1. Go to **Plan & billing** and find **Choose a plan** (or **Extend or change your plan** if you already have a pack).
2. Pick a pack or a subscription. The button shows the total you'll pay.
3. Fill in your **invoice details**: name, company, billing address and country. See [Invoices and VAT](https://qr4events.co.uk/help/invoices-and-vat).
4. Tick to agree to the terms, and select **Continue to payment**.
5. Pay securely with Stripe.

Your plan starts as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. Your codes from the free trial carry on working.

## Use a voucher code

If you have a voucher code, enter it in **Voucher code** at the top of **Choose a plan** and select **Apply**, before you pick a plan.

- The prices change to show the discount. Options the voucher doesn't cover keep their normal price.
- **Money off a pack** comes off the price before VAT. A voucher that covers the whole price activates the pack straight away, with no payment.
- **Money off a subscription** says whether it's for the first payment, the first few months, or every payment. Stripe shows it at checkout and on your receipts.
- **Free time** adds to a pack, or delays a subscription's first payment.

Each voucher can only be used once per account unless it says otherwise. Your invoice shows the voucher on its own line.
